HMS Oberon (Lt.Cdr. P.J.H. Bartlett, RN) departed Rothesay for Portsmouth.
Passage southwards through the Irish Sea was made together with HMS P 42 (Lt. A.C.G. Mars, RN). They were escorted by HMS Felixstowe (Lt.Cdr. C.H. Corbet-Singleton, DSC, RN) until 1800/24. (2)
