HMS H 43 (Lt. J.C.Y. Roxburgh, DSC, RN) conducted A/S exercises off Lough Foyle with HMS Pelican (Cdr. G.V. Gladstone, RN), HMS Sennen (Lt.Cdr. R.S. Abram, RN), HMS Narcissus (Lt. W.G.H. Bolton, RNR), HMS Heather (T/Lt. W.L. Turner, RNR) and FFS Renoncule. (2)
29 Apr 1943
HMS H 50 (Lt. J.M. Michell, RN) conducted A/S exercises off Lough Foyle with HMS Escapade (Lt.Cdr. E.C. Peake, RN), FFS Roselys, FFS Aconit, FFS Renoncule and HMS Keppel (Cdr. M.J. Evans, OBE, RN). (3)
At 1220/21 the British ASW trawler HMS Loch Monteith (T/Lt. K.W. Richardson, RNR) took over the escort. (4)
Upon completion of these HMS Untiring departed the Larne area for the Clyde area escorted by HMS ML 225 (T/Lt. D. Kaye, RNVR). (5)

FFS Renoncule and HMCS Morden pick up survivors from the American merchant Steel Voyager that was torpedoed and sunk by German U-boat U-952 in the North Atlantic in position 53°18'N, 40°24'W.
22 Feb 1944
HMS H 44 (Lt. P.N. Joyce, RN) conducted A/S exercises off Lough Foyle with HMS Fowey (Cdr.(Retd.) L.B.A. Majendie, RN), HMS Orchis (T/Lt. B.W. Harris, DSC, RNVR), FFS Renoncule, FFS Aconit and FFS Roselys. (6)
